There are two books contained in a museum board wrapper in this offering from the Press. Two of the beginning students in the Typography class told their stories of transformation at Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»through Xerox transfer images. Both the books are multiple accordion structures. Noelle Cole’s book, Sugar Heart Flower Smile, has you looking through doors and windows at hand-colored flowers that she photographed on the Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» campus. Maria Hidalgo’s book, First Impressions, is a view of San Francisco from a native of Ecuador who wants to live there. The books are printed by letterpress on Starwhite Vicksburg with Xerox transfer images. The size is 8″ x 9″. Maria’s book is bound in silver bookcloth and Noelle’s is in Tyvek.
