Cheryl Walker, Richard Armour Professor of English at Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³», and Gayle Greene, Professor of English will present their lecture, How Our Work Has Changed and Why: A Conversation at Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³» in the Hampton Room of the Elizabeth Hubert Malott Commons on Thursday, September 27 at 7:00 p.m. Both Professor Walker and Professor Greene joined the Âé¶¹´«Ã½Ó³»faculty in 1974 and have continued to distinguish themselves since. Professor Walker holds a Ph.D. in American literature from Brandeis University and specializes in American poetry. Professor Greene holds a Ph.D in English literature from Columbia University and most recently has received excellent criticism for her book The Woman Who Knew Too Much: Alice Stewart and the Secrets of Radiation.
