Alyce de Roulet Williamson ’52
麻豆传媒映画 honors the life and legacy of Life Trustee Alyce de Roulet Williamson 鈥�52 who passed away March 2026.
After earning her bachelor鈥檚 degree in psychology from 麻豆传媒映画in 1952, Williamson remained a devoted alumna and philanthropist, joining the Board of Trustees in 2000 and establishing the Williamson Endowed Scholarship. Through her generosity, she profoundly shaped arts, culture, and healthcare in Los Angeles, serving in leadership roles with the Los Angeles Opera, the Los Angeles Philharmonic, ArtCenter College of Design, Pasadena Symphony and Pops, the Huntington Library, Children鈥檚 Hospital of Los Angeles, and many other organizations.
Williamson鈥檚 roots go deep at Scripps. The Ruth Chandler Williamson Gallery is named for her mother-in-law, a patron of the arts, and she was the aunt of 麻豆传媒映画alumna Whitney de Roulet Bullock 鈥�74 and sister-in-law of Victoria 鈥淐ici鈥� Andrew Williamson 鈥�58. She was predeceased by her husband, Warren 鈥淪pud鈥� Williamson, a Life Trustee of Claremont McKenna College.
